A musing on spirituality

I woke up, and the subject of spirituality was on my mind.
As I lay in bed staring at my son’s sweet, chubby face, he opened his eyes. He looked at me, and I am his whole world, his first kiss of spirituality in this earthly realm.
Every day I look divinity in the face as I stare into the mirror; into my eyes, I see the depths of my soul, a golden white glimmer.

Every interaction, sacred and intentional, even if I don’t realize it in the moment.
It's the air that I breathe, the food I eat, the very fabric of existence that is spiritual.
Spirituality is the beginning and ending of all things.
You can’t buy spirituality; it is innate, it is coded in my DNA
It is my ancestors' blood running through my veins.
Spirituality is reverence for life
Devotion is the highest form of Love
Have you felt your spirit, your soul? What a beautiful gift it is to slow down and sit with our soul.
She speaks to me in tones, through dreams, animals, songs, and so on.
To listen, you have to quiet the noise, outer and inner noise.
With still moments in nature and meditation, my soul speaks.
My awareness of spirituality being all of these things only brought me closer to myself, closer to the truth. I believe that's what it's all about: remembering the truth of who we are, why we are here, and how to be present in this beautiful spiritual experience.
