This session includes assessing your energy centers or chakras, using a pendulum or intuitive guidance. Then, I will lay specific crystals associated with each chakra on or around your body and use tuning forks and hands-on techniques. As you relax, the crystals' healing properties help clear blockages and restore balance. The session may end with gentle meditation or breathing exercises and intuitive card pull to enhance the experience, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and aligned.
