I walk this path as a mother, a spiritual consultant, a teacher, a shamanic healer, and a student of life.

My work is rooted in the wisdom of feminine conciousness, earth-based ancestral practices, and metaphysical science.

My practice weaves together years of experience in sound healing, Reiki, meditations,  care-taking, mediumship & divination, and energy attunement.

I live an intentional life, centered around motherhood, Earth-honoring practices, and deep communion with spirit

 

Beyond my healing practice, I am an elementary school teacher who believes in weaving mindfulness, meditation, and intentional living into every aspect of life.

 

When I'm not teaching or holding space for others, I enjoy writing, spending time with my son, exploring nature, creating art, and getting lost in a good book.

 

These passions keep me grounded, inspired, and deeply connected to the work I share with others.
